Ultimate Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup ice cubes
1 cup skim, soy, rice, or almond milk
1/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
1 kiwi, peeled and cubed
1/2 cup green tea, chilled
Method:
Toss all ingredients in blender and process until smooth
